11 DAYS!?!?!??!

We have 11 more school days!!! For any freshman that come across this blog enjoy your time in high school, because it goes by really quick. I wish I could have done more things to make memories. It's not over yet! Mext year is my year! Im taking the crown I deserve.

We Eat Social Media for Breakfast Essay

As im slowly getting closer to senior year ive come to realize so many things about my life. From reading out of encyclopedias and having to wait a week to look at all the pictures ive taken on my costco camera to being able to use my phone for basically anything, ive noticed that ive been growing up in a time where humans are evolving. Although letting your food get cold for a 100 like worthy picture may not be as similar to knives and fire, Dr. Preston explains how in some ways the internet could be better. We dont live in an age where we have to wait weeks to receive news from loved ones, we live in an age where Dr. Preston can share his delicious meal with his adorable daughter instantaneously. Although Dr. Preston does not speak like a lot of us, he clearly uses diction in his essay that gets the reader hooked to the fact that the Internet is a tool. While explaining his reason behind his statement that the Internet is a tool,He uses the word "Evolutionary" and "Comunicate." As i read his essay and stumbled upon this type of diction Prestons tone became clear to me. In order to get the reader hooked to his argument he presents his diction and the way he makes his sentences long in an admiring and hopeful tone. This helps Preston develop his argument that the Internet is a tool, because it paints a clear comparison of how cavemen mustve said "WOW!!" When they discovered fire. I think it is crazy how in my short 16 years on this world ive seen a big chunky computer turn into a 5 inch phone. The craziest part about it is that they're no limits to how the internet may be used 40, 50, or 60 years from now.

IM BACK!!!

Im back!!! Finally I've figured ot out. By that I mean, I can finally attempt to post without the crappy tablets the school gives us. I really hope it's not to late to start posting to stay in touch with Dr. Preston and the 5 fans I have. Well I'll just get back to watching the The Great Gatsby (I guess we're writing an essay soon) /:

HELLO 2017!

Since January 2016 I feel like I've matured and really changes my perspective on life. An year ago from today I would consider myself a less thankful person. I now veiw everything that happens to me as a gift and I now realize what my priorities are. I also understand now that i should enjoy my youth and not put all my attention to the things that might or might not happen in the future. Now that i feel like i have matured I strive to discover most of my talents and use them to my fullest potential.
